One Duck Stuck | Letter Dd

We are on our letter Dd this week and are focusing on Ducks and Dogs.

We read the book One Duck Stuck by Phyllis Root which is another favorite.

This is a rhyming and counting book about a duck who gets stuck in the muck and ask for help to get him out. Several of his swamp buddies come to help, until finally he is free.

I cut out some animals and shapes to create and replicate the story in the book! 

Here's our craft that they loved so much. 

I didn't use every animal in the story, but it sure caused a lot of giggles!
