Restaurant Menus | Pretend Play

The children here love to play restaurant. We have a play kitchen set with pretend food, pots, plates, spoons and even table and chairs. Someone pretends to be the chef cooker, a waiter, and the rest are the customers. It's really the funniest thing to watch. It shows how much attention they are paying when they really are at a restaurant with their parents. We didn't have any menus, so today I made some, and plan on making a couple more. It's was a big hit!
Here is the inside of one. Not perfect, but it serves the purpose.

This one came out better.
All I did was print from the computer what I wanted, stamped the yellow sheet with "Our Menu" and laminated. And that's it, simple as pie! Except that's not on the menu. :)

It's Playtime at hands on : as we grow

what a fun idea! We have a play kitchen and my girls love pretending they have their own restaurant or store. They would love a menu - I will have to make this with them! :) Thanks for the fun idea.
