Letter Bb Week | Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?

This week we are on the Letter Bb and we are focusing on bears.

We started by reading the book 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?'
The book is about a variety of different colored animals and a teacher looking at them. 
This has to be one of the favorite of books here! After I'm finished reading the book I hear "AGAIN!, AGAIN!" 

After reading the book they made a B is for bear craft. 

This craft will go in their ABC Binders

Note: the 4 yr.old said the bear looks like a beaver! LOL

Then they began to work in their lap books.

 This is the lap book for the tots. Not much different from the one below, except they do not have a tracer sheet yet. To the left is a list of bears I googled and printed. The right side is a short list of what bears eat.
The Bb bear sheet came from First School. 

This is the three and four year olds lap book.

 Here I found a Brown Bear 'Coloring Animals' book from 1+1+1=1, cute book huh?!

Also in their lap books is a

Teddy Bear Rhyme:

Teddy bear, teddy bear turn around.
Teddy bear, teddy bear touch the ground.
Teddy bear, teddy bear find your nose.
Teddy bear, teddy bear wiggle your toes.
Teddy bear, teddy bear jump up now.
Teddy bear, teddy bear take a bow.
Teddy bear, teddy bear slap your knees.
Teddy bear, teddy bear sit down please.

Love it!
