Sunday Series 52: Week 1

Well I got overly excited today, edited my RED photo, I thought I had it nice and looking good for Nancy's prompt. I head over to her blog A Rural Journal for the Sunday Series and realized I only had one photo. You must have at least three! Scream!
No, I had more photos I had taken this weekend, but I really liked the ONE I had been working on.
That's me, I missed something, funny! So I'm ready now. If you have been on my blog today, it's all about New Orleans. And this is no different. We walked in front of the New Orleans Fire Dept. station #29 yesterday and noticed a sign that read to ring a bell if you want to buy a NOFD tee shirt. Well alright, I knew I did, and one for my grandson too! So as he's getting our shirts, I'm snapping away at the truck. So this meets the prompt for Red and I have three! Just enough. :) I hope you like fire trucks.
And I played around with Picnik today as well.

This was the one I originally had in mind to submit.

Have a great Sunday!

Haha! Oh, I'm so sorry I made you scream! Glad you had plenty of photos to choose from. These are great. Nothing says red like a fire truck. Perfect! :)

Thanks so much for sharing at SS 52 this week. I hope you had fun.

Wonderful, my favorite is the first with these beautiful ebbs in the glass of the truck.

Love them, they'd be perfect in a firefighter bedroom for a little boy!

All four are lovely shots Lori. My favourites are the second and third of the fire truck - love the windscreen reflection.
