I printed the Y picture word cards from the internet and placed on the side to recognize other words that begin with the letter. The tracer sheet I printed from First School along with the mini book.

Hi Lori! I'm stopping by to thank you for visiting my blog and commenting on "I Pee Myself!" I am definitely going to be following you -- I am a teacher turned stay-at-home mom, and for some reason, all those wonderful ideas I had planned to do with my kids seem to have leaked out of the holes that formed in my brain when Mommy brain took hold!
I swear, half the time I can't think of diddly-squat to do with my two little ones, and here I was, an elementary music teacher who could come up with awesome lesson plans in two seconds flat!
Why is it so different with my own kiddos? Maybe because my son refuses to do anything the way I suggest, and instead turns all crafts and projects into his own personal excuse to build a rocketship or a transformer, but hey, I guess I've just got to work with it, right?
Anyway, I'll be following and looking forward to some more great ideas! Thanks for stopping by!
