Letter Pp Week

We started off our letter P week by having pink piggie pancakes!
I added a little red food coloring to the batch which left it with a pink
look. I cut the ears in a triangle shape and used icing for his facial features.
Oh man, giggles and squiggles over this! One tot said "piggie, oink", man we really got a good laugh there!
After breakfast and potty time is when we begin our book reading and crafts.

I read the book
How Big Is A Pig? by: Stella Blackstone
This is a book about opposites.
It leads the reader through the farm to find the biggest pig of all.

Piggie Craft time
Items we used

First we read the book Llama Llama Red Pajama by: Anna Dewdney
Poor llama just misses his mama!

The nice lady at Toddler Approved sent me through email the pajamas so I could use as a template.

I love these Ideas, how old are the kids you are doing this with? My daughter is 2 and I am not sure if these may be too advanced for her or not right now.
